Other persons are considered private customers. Metafina GmbH considers the appropriateness according to \u00a7 63 (10) WpHG to be fulfilled if it acquires financial instruments from the seller, since in this specific constellation the seller already has the security before the sale.\nAdequacy checks can nevertheless be carried out by Metafina GmbH, so that the classification of customers who purchase securities from Metafina GmbH and are not a bank, insurance company or financial service provider can be changed to professional customers.
